“Kars for Kids” Ads Make Me Want to Demolish a Hospital
This jingle is the single most unlikeable, annoying radio ad I have ever heard. I don’t know if the people from Kars for Kids have some kind of leverage on every radio producer in the area, but this ad seems to be on a lot. Like suspiciously frequently.
I’m betting the people from Kars for Kids had some event where they invited producers from all the local radio stations. I’m sure everyone got real drunk together and at some point these radio producers started bumping lines of pure uncut cocaine off the fender of one of the cars. Then one producer, probably the guy from ZLX, realized it was getting out of control and tried to maintain order. This likely inflamed the mob of drunk and now extremely coked up producers and in the chaos they hurled him off the Tobin bridge. As the guy from ZLX’s body made a splash in the water below, the producers in all likelihood, realized what they had done. This is where the guy from Kars for Kids pulled out his contracts with unreasonably high rotation frequency for his new “Kars for Kids Spot.” He guaranteed all the producers that he’d never speak of their brutal murder of one of their peers as long as they continued to run his ad.
That’s probably what happened.
